An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of People Advisory to join GBS People Services.
The Head of People Advisory role is a 12 month maternity cover contract and the location is open to any of the Rolls Royce UK sites, Germany or the US.
What you will be doing:
As the Head of People Advisory, you will lead the understanding, development and delivery of People Advisory, transforming our approach and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Study and evaluate People services across the enterprise globally
- Propose an approach for how we deliver People Advisory moving forwards
- Lead the People Advisory team, ensuring it aligns with the GBS strategy and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement an approach to people advisory that drives organisational effectiveness and employee engagement in line with affordability.
- Make significant progress on the leadership change journey needed to embed People Services, including direct access
- Support the change management efforts needed to deliver our GBS Strategy
- Use data and metrics to provide insights into trends and organisational health.
- Develop and present regular insights to senior leadership, offering recommendations on how we continue to evolve our services
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment focused on continuous improvement and learning.

Preferred requirements:
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop while fostering a positive, inclusive culture.
- Influence and Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and building strong relationships across the business.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to use data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and provide actionable insights.
- Change Management: Expertise in managing organisational change and transformation.
- Adaptability: Able to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the flexibility to adjust strategies and plans as needed.
